Great location with an easy 7 minute walk downhill to the beach. Cafes, a bakery, grocery store, and 7/11 are all within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped with good knives and cooking pots, utensil selection.Clean and private pool, easy street parking available.Accommodation provides a Coolcabanas for the beach, which we used and enjoyed the shade. There were, however, a few issues that the owners may not be aware of, as they may not have been reported by previous guests. The foam in both the upstairs and downstairs lounge seating needs replacing—everything is badly sagging with no support, so you sink straight to the base, which is very uncomfortable. The oven door seal repeatedly pops off, and when it does, the oven stops cooking properly, which was frustrating. The Weber BBQ also had all gas pipes blocked; we had to clean and unblock them before it could be used.TV in the bedroom didn’t work and remote was missing. The balcony gets a lovely breeze and nice view of the ocean. However, the chairs are uncomfortable. Even thicker chair cushions would make a big improvement. after a long day at the beach, it would be nice to relax in more supportive seating.The only truly comfortable seating was around the pool. We ended up using those cushions upstairs on the lounge so you didn’t sink into the couches.Three couples stayed and appreciated the three queen-bedroom configuration, which was comfortable all with air conditioning.
