This is regarding the amendment of your room reservation, The actual room was booked from 20.02.2024 to 24.02.2024 and due to Mosquito problem and muddy water problem in the bathroom guest wanted to relocate to another hotel and wanted to checkout on 21.02.2024 only. There is mold in the bathroom screen facing the bed! What kind of hotel allows mold to gather in the bathrooms? If there is mold then all other cleaning is irrelevant! The location of the hotel is in the middle of no where. You ask the hotel for help to get a cab/Ola/Uber, they will gladly direct you to hotel cab services for which they will charge you 5x-6x more. Imagine paying Rs1200 for a 5Km ride! Find another place even though it might not have a brand name.

Rooms was very clean but requested cake and decorative towel in the room as they offered for honeymoon and I called hotel 2 weeks prior to make sure they do it and when I walked in the room it wasn’t done so I talked to SaJan at front desk and he just simply said I’m sorry. Foot at coco restaurant/buffet is awful taste less food and too pricey. It’s better to go eat at vr mall it’s 5 minutes from the hotel. Customer service is not so great even Arpita at time of check out was not too nice and smiling careless her pants zipper were half open not to say it my wife even noticed it.

I have traveled all over the world and stayed with many hotels. This property was excellent in every way, the standard, cleanliness, food quality and range. Stay at Marriott Surat.
The stay was not that good as I stayed a privious night in Marriott, Hyderabad. The stay at Marriott Hyderabad was excellent and I was expecting a similar stay at Surat but it wasn`t. The stay in Marriott Surat was like any three-star other hotels.

The service and attention to details was beyond reproach . An excellent Stay . The only problem is getting a Taxi in peak Hours to get into town .

Wonderful hotel, not so wonderful location
Very nice hotel, and great quality for a Hotel in india, comfy bed, great batthroom, good facilities in room including a microwave and fridge, only down side is the local area, which is largely industrial and surrounded by an oil refinery, with nothing really close by, great if you are transiting from Surat airport. A 35 min taxi ride in to downtown Surat
