ideally suited location. good room service, unfortunately there a wedding taking place so the hotel was a bit noisy.

overall the stay was excellent, except that the items in the washroom were not replenished the next day... had complained about the same to the duty manager. through it was room for two people, some of the items provided was only when the room is for single occupancy.. did not expect the same from such category hotel and when you are paying quite high price for the same

Good Hotel away from CIty buss
This is my second visit to this propoerty , Nice Hotel to be named Le meridian property soon . very close to surat Airport ( 10 min drive ) Location is little isolated but have Multiplex near by ( 2 min walk ) Having a mini theatre in side the property.

Not really worth the price.
The hotel is old. Room fixture and furnitures are not in good condition. WiFi is really bad, yet it’s not even free. Only good thing Is their service is good.

酒店离机场很近,10分钟以内车程,所以还是挺方便的。离市里也不远,毕竟城市不大,房间清洁度还不错,可惜的是素食酒店,餐厅都只有素食,连鸡蛋都没得吃......

What a nice hotel
The appearance of hotel looks a bit old, but the inside is superb. Stuffs are well educated. Experience in TGB was so excellent.

My room card key never worked. I had asked for a new one and thought I got it but when I returned late night after a long day at work and business dinner my card still didn’t work. Eventually they offered me to stay in another room until they break down the door lock...in short it was a disaster. My room smelled of smoke and humidity combined. I am sure there were better options in the city, my client had recommended this hotel. I will not visit again.

Check in service was damm poor, still operating like flintstone age. Damm rules and regulations. Staff is not well professional and worst customer service.

My worst night mare
I was there for 3 nights then extended my stay for one more night. 2 nights they forgot to do my room service. The pillows have foul smell.

Not fit for 5 star price and it's rating.
We checked in and was asked to make a full payment for the stay where I was not aware that Expedia has not taken the payment. When Expedia staff wanted to talk to the staff at the hotel they engaged the line. Room was not ready for three adult another bed was added later. On 5 day stay everyday we had to ask for extra towel because three of us was staying. Found bedding and pillow cover very dirty took pictures and called staff for them to see. Bottle water was charged at breakfast where breakfast fee was paid with rate. Had lots of problem to consume alcohol permit was issued with lots of hassle. Tourist was to relax on there holiday and enjoy. This place is not for tourist who wants to enjoy drinks with dinner or relax. Not suitable for 5 star rating and its pricing.

We checked in about 3:00 pm. The check in was terrible, they insist on address proof for both husband and wife. My wife had two government issued ID but without home address on it. After much haggling we got her dad to send his address proof via whatsapp and the hotel accepted that becuase one ID had her dads name on it. Go Figure the logic behind that. Next after a good meal in the Piano bar my wife went for a shower. The water was boiling hot, almost to the point of burning the skin. I called the reception desk 3 times In 15 minutes but no one came to correct it and instead they sent a tray with 15 ice cubes. The water was muddy brown and the shower sink stinks, the drain odours were coming back into the shower. About 36 hours later my wife and i had a severe bout of diarrhea. I am writing this 3 days after check out and we are both on antibiotics. However, i must say the lobby is awesome and location of hotel very convenient. The food also tasted very good. The bathroom stink and water supply is terrible, therefore the poor overall rating.

Expensive!!!
TGB is a nice place, but lacks basic things like nonveg food.. its large and clean but lacks quality of service.. Bfast was nice but lacks variety.. All the above at the heafty price - I think one should either upgrade to the next level or look for more options!!

Needs some attention
While I had requested the hotel to do my room while I was not in, it was not done! Toileteries/tea bags were not replenished. I was told that there was consumption from the mini bar of 2 diet cokes and 1 water which was not the case. The signature did not match and was asked if I was "SURE".
