Avoid booking this property; the staff is inadequately trained, lacks respect for customer requests, and tends to ignore them. I was thoroughly disappointed as Marriott usually provides a white-glove treatment, but this location's staff is inexperienced and unprofessional. Save your money and book elsewhere, as they fail to meet even the basic standards.

It always waste of time when you booked as Foreign entity. Even you have US passport they need visa and all other extra documents. The person name was Sohail wasn’t friendly. Not even listen and ready for cancellation.

Excellent value for money. If you can chose a river side room, the view from the room is so serene and soothing that you will feel like staying inside and watching (with a cutting chai in hand).

This is become like a heritage with first being Rama Regency and then TAJ and now finally managed by Marriott. Location is just amazing and view of river Tapi is so serene. Management May audit plumbing and Refrigerators as in a 5 star people expect flaw less service.

We stayed on 7th Floor. Bathroom condition is really very bad. Bathroom flooring is very old and very slippery. Bathroom size is very small. I almost fell 3 times. I almost broke my head. Except Bathroom , almost everything is really great. Great Staff. Great Service. Great Location. Great Food.

Overall stay was excellent. But during the last day next to our room too much noises among the guest next door till mignight 4 am. No peace sleep for us and mostly other guests too. Hotel team should take care of this during the stay & should avoid such nuisances which are affecting other guests peace while stay specially sleeping at night.
