Good day dear guest. We are sad to read our first review where there are claims of hidden charges by our hotel. We try to conduct an honest business because we believe in karma. Our sincerest apologies to this anonymous guest for the misunderstanding regarding our Expedia published rates and the number of persons included in the rate. Our family loft indeed can accomodate 9 guests. But a parenthesis after it stated that this comprise 5 adults and 4 children(O to 7 years old). Which is very reasonable for the price of P3,420. Considering that this is with seaview, with a loft and has 2 airconditioners.This guest checked in when the weather was unpredictable. That night at 8pm, during the heavy rains, our water supply was cut off by a fallen rock. It took sometime during the night for the plumber to repair the damage. It took 4 hours for the water supply to resume. We never cut off our water supply anytime intentionally.We hope that this reply clarifies our position. Hopefully our anonymous guests will forego their seemingly bad experience. And still be mesmerized by the clear water of Mabua Pebble beach.

Hello Anna Leizl. We hope that the conflict that transpired between you and your partner while in our hotel have been resolved. We cannot please all our guests because of individual differences. We apologize that our hotel standard did not come up with your high standard of expectation.Just as we were on the road to excellence in service before 2021, Odette typhoon struck our hotel.
