Hôtel près de Swan Theatre, Stratford-upon-Avon, Stratford-upon-Avon

« It's a very nice place... And most of all, I've been impressed by the kindness of the whole team! Thank you, Laura, Max, Mary, and those whom I don't know the name! »

Top floor have two bedrooms, would be perfect if there is another TV upstairs too for the children! Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher. Very pleased about the deep bath ! »

« Exceptionnel. Très bien »

« Absolute disgrace of a place. Myself, my mum and my two children booked here for two nights. The fold out bed was apparently for two people. There’s no way. There was a single duvet on it and only one clean towel on top (three towels in total for 4 guests), so even the staff are aware that it cannot sleep 2 persons. This resulted in myself and my two children sharing the bed and my mum on the sofa bed. The tv flex wasn’t long enough to reach the socket. There was a used plaster, hair ties and...
