« We loved this property! We fished off the pier and spent many hours on the screen porch. Everyone was very comfortable in their bedrooms and we had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time with our adult kids playing games and fishing. Such a special time and special place!! »

« Everything was exactly the way it was described and pictures were on point. The house was so clean and smelt fresh. Beds were comfortable and all the living room was as well. Perfect location to the marina to put our boat in. And only 10 minutes from a grocery store and restaurants. The host answered any questions we had in a fast manner. No issues checking in. I highly recommend staying! We will definitely be back. »

« It was a fun experience to stay in such a unique spot. My teen and I enjoyed the kayaks at sunset. And waking up to that view was lovely. Our hosts had a lot of nice touches with the coffee station, snacks and nice bath products. (And while the location is a little unusual, road traffic wasn’t really too bad with the air conditioning on.) it was really cool to stay right on the water in a former fishing cabin, while still being easily able to explore Swansboro, Cedar Point and Emerald Isle. »

« We loved everything about our stay, location to restaurants and walking the riverwalk. We enjoyed how clean and comfortable the whole house was. We stayed here for about four weeks while we purchased and moved into our own home and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Kathryn was very responsive and the couple of occasions we needed things or had questions. We would definitely stay here again. »

« It did not feel like an apartment at all. Do you walk in the main level and it feels like a house. It's a very spacious and comfortable. I opened up all the windows in the Lanai and opened up all the windows in the condo and the coastal Breezy air flowed through the whole place and it felt like we were outside even when we were inside. The cappuccino machine was amazing and I really enjoyed the opportunity to use it. Haylee has all the Basic Essentials that you need. We really enjoyed the crab...

« The property was perfect! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The host was quick to reply to any messages. Location was perfect and close to where we needed to go! Will definitely stay here again if i ever find myself in Jacksonville! »

« Exactly as described in the listing. More essential amenities than many VRBOs we have stayed in including kitchen supplies, coffee, linens, shampoo/soap etc. Visiting family loved the theatre room! Kathryn was always easy to communicate with.We plan to stay here again or next door at her other property when we come to visit family. »

« We had the best stay! Clean and plenty of room for 2-4 people. The beds downstairs were so comfortable (we didn’t use the loft). It had everything we needed; towels, bedsheets, toilet paper, etc. which made our travels easy. It is conveniently located to Havelock, Morehead City, and Newport. »
