« We had a good experience at this condo. It was very much as described on VRBO. Clean, convenient, fairly well equipped. Most of the experience was positive, but a couple of things need to be addressed. We didn't get check-in information until we were well on our way to Swansboro, and only after I asked for the information. The bedroom does not have a dresser; hanging clothes can go in the closet but there's no place for folding clothes. We lived out of our suitcases all week. The front blinds...

« The property that we were placed in was not the property that was listed. The unit had not been renovated as shown, furnishings were different, it was old and disheveled. There was debris between the poor joints in the kitchen wood counter tops, the dishes were dirty and did not match those in the VRBO listing, the blinds were broken/damaged throughout, the lights were all different colors, some were burned out or flashing, the bathroom sink and tub were clogged. « The house was very nice and the price was the best option I found for my family. The host was very understanding of my change of plans due to weather. The house is on a main road and can be noisy but feels very private. Close to food and activities. My husband and I agree we would return again. I also would argue our pup loved it too. Our only complaint was not being able to stay longer. »

« The property was very family and pet friendly! Contact with the host was great! View was amazing even in the rain. The house could have used a bit more thorough cleaning as we found socks under beds, and in the pull out couch and some dishes were dirty when removing them from the cupboard but overall we could deal with it. There are only 3 bathrooms. »
