Breakfast was advertised, however only breakfast was cellophane wrapped stale danishes. Nothing to drink. Sign at front desk said for health and safety of staff no breakfast would be served. Found it interesting that no staff were wearing masks or any of other protections practiced durng Covid were observed, but they didn't serve breakfast.

There were large cobwebs above the window, the refrigerator was dirty, the bath tub had bugs n dirt in it, the bathroom floors were dirty. I pd for the room but after seeing it, I left and did not stay the night.

One Night Stay
Hallways were in need of cleaning. Room was very good except shower curtain should be replaced. Great great to have Frig and microwave available. Front desk personnel in evening was also good. Morning desk clerk was very friendly and pleasant. She was very professional and kind to guests.

You get what you pay for...
It's a little run down and we had to switch rooms due to dirty stained linens but the desk clerk was reasonably helpful and it was only $54 per night.

Particularly the lobby and surrounding premises were dirty or in disarray. The person at the desk appeared unkempt. Certainly not friendly greeting here. Concrete around hotel cracked or chipped. No real security.

Primera vez que me he quedado en un hotel que sea economico y en tan buenas condiciones. Yo manejo camiones y ando por todo el pais. Siempre me quedo en hoteles y para mi lo mas importante es que esten limipios. Este hotel Super 8 en Sweet Springs estaba muy limpio, el servicio y el area estaba muy bien. Yo le doy 5 estrellas en todo.

It was so dirty. The toilet was barely hanging on to the floor. There were dead bugs all over and my husband had to kill a roach They said on site free hot breakfast and there was a bag of old oranges out for breakfast. They beds were uncomfortable and if you moved could feel springs

While I understand that the Super 8 business model focuses on clientele that are cost conscious, I would suggest you have personnel dress in business attire. It would create a much better impression of the facility.

This property was great for the price. If you don’t care about new and modern and are just looking for a good value and cleanliness, this is it. However I found it annoying that they advertise a breakfast but it was really just a pile of honey buns.

You need to take this place off of your options. Not clean, employees very unfriendly, did not take a bath, I don’t think the tub had been cleaned in ages. No breakfast but would not have eaten there because it was a dirty place. When we went down to leave, they had the doors open because of the cigarette smoke.

The hotel was just ok. When we parked our car we noticed 4 individuals standing outside the door smoking. We walked in and waited for the woman to come in to check us in. We asked about breakfast and was told a danish and coffee in the morning. Very low water pressure in the shower. Didn't make for a very good shower.

I liked convenience. Decent stay for the money. False advertising. NO breakfast -- sign still there from COVID restrictions and outdated (NO need for not having breakfast especially since it advertises breakfast. All it had was oranges and warm OJ and Apple juice in a dispenser. cinnamon rolls in a plastic wrapper :( :( :(. We would have gone on down the road if we had known no real breakfast! Workers were adequate. NOT unfriendly, but "just there".

Fine for the price.
The room was fine. Mostly clean though there was a small stain on our sheet. My biggest complaint, they claim to have a breakfast online, but at they only offer an orange, coffee and some packaged item (kind of like a cinnamon bun). The sign says the breakfast is limited because of Covid. That is no longer a valid excuse. I understand if you have staffing issues. But if you don't offer breakfast, don't advertise that you do.
