Awesome Summer Vacation

Me and my Friends had a great time in the House of Antoine! When we arrived, his friend picked us up and drove us to the house for a fair price. The house and the pool were clean, the furniture was modern and in good shape. All in all, we were really happy with Antoine's Apartment! Can recommend it! Cheers, have a good one! Ale

Helped a dream come true

It has always been a dream of mine to bring a few friends to Malta, my father's homeland. As I know how hot Malta can get I wanted a villa that had a pool, not always easy to find. There were 8 of us altogether. 6 shared one villa and 2 shared the other, (they wanted a room each otherwise it could cater for 4). Everything was very clean. Antoine was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. He even helped us make a food shopping order for delivery! It was in a perfect location. A few minutes walk to the gorgeous bay as well as the main cafes, restaurants and bars in St. Julians. There was so much to do in Malta ranging from sightseeing to boat trips. Our group had an amazing time doing things both together and separately and it was always nice to end the day drinking that last glass of wine by the pool.

Well Placed, Modern, Clean and an Ideal Base

This is a really nice complex with two villas around a small pool. We had both villas, which was great for privacy. The furnishings are fairly modern and I believe the villas (and indeed the whole road) are new build. They are very well equipped and the shower is excellent! We had a few issues with the a/c but the owner was very responsive to any issues. My only issue was that we wanted twin beds in a couple of rooms and ended up with a double and a camp bed in each. The camp bed wasn't exactly comfortable for a whole week. Other than that, highly recommended.

A prefect location: shops, restaurants, supermarket nearby. Good starting point for trips. A pleasant home: furniture, cooking facilities, space, swimming pool, outside BBQ. A friendly owner: a service provider 'pure sang'. A highly recommended stay.

The Villa is ideally located for all of the fantastic restaurants, bars and sights of St Julian's, as well as easy access to the transport links around the island. We also hired a couple of cars and there was plenty of parking outside of the Villa for us to use. The Villa itself was of excellent quality, the pool was perfect for an afternoon swim and cool off from the summer sun, and each bedroom was of a very good size with excellent facilities for every one of us, including a very nice living and kitchen area. The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout the week and we couldn't recommend the Villa any higher - 5 out of 5 stars!

We stayed one week at the 3 bdr maisonette, a party of seven including youths. And we have a great time. Great amenities, swimming pool area and BBQ. Thanks Antoine for your help and hospitality to help us to feel like home, includind the good welcome food pack. And for your guidance at any time from solving from a flat tire to Maltese restaurants recommendations and trip tips. The house is in a great quiet location in Saint Julians, walking distance from everything you need. Clean, nice and modern decoration, very confortable, a/c and satellite T.V. Fantastic house!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house of Antoine. We had a great week. The house is very modern, well situated with all facilities you wish during your holiday. Not only the pool and the garden, but also the equipment inside the house. All is fantastic. We recommend this house to everybody. Parents with children can enjoy and relax, but also older people will absolutely have a perfect holiday. Antoine, you are really a great host. You are very helpful and give your guests a very warm welcome from the moment they arrive at the airport. If we decide to come to Malta again, we will definitely stay with you again.

We stayed at this villa - Coral Gables - a few weeks ago and had the greatest time, you have everything you can possibly need. The pool area is great and we spent many hours in it, as well as in the barbecue area. And the appartments are of highest quality fully equipped with all the things you need but seldom bring to your holliday stay. It is this, the small details that makes the difference when you travel like this. Thanks Antoine for your hospitality and all the help during our stay. The only negative I can say is that this is so nice that it will fully booked in the future and make it more difficult to find it available....

Great value property near St Julians

Had a great week here with my wife, parents and brother in the 3 bed apartment. The property is modern (built 2008 I think) and has everything you need making it feel like a home. The pool is shared which may be more of an issue if the other apartment was occupied with other guests but we had it to ourselves. It's a short walk down to Spinola Bay and the bars & restaurants but it's far enough away to not be disturbed. If you were younger the nightlife sounds promising but we barely made it past midnight! Malta is generally safe so no problems walking around after dark and the location means a car wasn't that necessary, buses down from the bay take you into Valleta or up the coast. Antoine the owner was very helpful and gave us a quick tour of the area and answered any questions we had. Free wifi in the property was very handy. Try the Arcadia supermarket under the Hilton for the best food shopping in the area. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful stay in St Julians

The house exceeded our expectations, and Antoine was outstanding kind and helpful, he met us at the airport on arrival and followed us to the airport when we left. The stay was great and Antoine checked from time to time that everything was satisfactory. We also received great advice on sites to visit on Malta. The only bad thing is that the pictures in the advertisement are not fair to the actual house. The house was really great, but still nothing compared to Antoine’s hospitality!
