« It was just right for the 3 of us. Its situation, within walking distance of shops, pubs, etc. was excellent. There was lots of dog walks in open countryside......... she loved it! One minor grouse - the cooker was qite complicated, and the instructions in the welcome pack didn't fit the exact model of cooker. « Property was perfect for our small family for a short getaway. Well stocked with kitchenware and a very nice welcoming bottle of wine from the property owner. Really cute animal pictures and decor. Pretty garden in the backyard. Loved the village as well, and especially the children's park a short walk from the property. Diddly Squat Farm Shop was a lovely 35 min walk through the countryside. Property manager was responsive and very helpful with any questions. »

There’s a good pub within easy walking distance. Warm cottage, comfy large bed and a great shower. The host responded immediately to a question we had and was very helpful. »

« Beautiful and spacious cottage with fully stocked kitchen that fit our family of four perfectly. Warm and welcoming hosts. Welcome package and guides were appreciated. Close to several activities / attractions across Cotswolds and within ten minutes of a grocery store. Kids had a blast playing in the lovely gardens and playing fetch with the friendly dog. We would absolutely return should we ever find ourselves in the Cotswolds again, and would recommend this stay to everyone. »

« We really liked the cottage, it was perfect for us as two friends together. We really appreciated the little extras that were left. It was very quiet although central to Lechlade. Parking was in the street but we found somewhere each day for two cars. Highly recommend this cottage »

« Lovely property, just the right size. Perfect location for strolling into town for shopping, restaurants etc. Plush bath & hand towels, well equipped kitchen. Could have provided small body wash lotions, shampoo and conditioners in the bathroom for guest use, but that’s a more minor point. A couple of plates & mugs were already chipped prior to our arrival, so that should be looked after better, prior to guest arrival. Didn’t communicate with the property manager, so gave a 1 star rating there »

La beauté du jardin, la grande clarté et l'aménagement avec goût du cottage le rendent très agréable quel que soit le temps anglais ! Le cottage est impeccable. « La chambre était assez petite. Le petit déjeuner relativement sommaire (en fait pas de service de petit-déjeuner mais des vivres prévues à cet effet). A 10:00, les clients se font "mettre dehors" par les nettoyeuses. Pas une minute supplémentaire, pas de possibilité de "négocier". »

« There were ten of us (6 adults and 4 children) and we thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend together. There was plenty of space, comfortable bedrooms and everything one would expect to find in a property of this size. The outdoor games, the pool and the indoor games room were all great favourites with the children. »
