The Space:

This modern Alexandria terrace offers plenty of room for families, groups and business travellers visiting Sydney.



The open-plan living and dining area is bright, comfortable and designed for spending time together. Large windows and direct outdoor access create an easy indoor-outdoor feel, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for home cooking and longer stays.

Guests have private and exclusive use of the entire three-bedroom terrace, including both balconies and the secure underground parking space.



Self check-in is available through a key safe. Detailed arrival and access instructions will be provided before check-in.

Alexandria is one of Sydney’s most convenient inner-city neighbourhoods, known for its cafés, restaurants, converted warehouse spaces and easy access to the city.



The home is within walking distance of local favourites including The Grounds of Alexandria, The Cannery and The Dose, along with supermarkets, breweries and casual dining options.



Green Square Station is approximately a 15-minute walk away, providing convenient train connections to Sydney CBD, Circular Quay and Sydney Airport. Newtown, Surry Hills, Redfern and Sydney Park are also within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Getting around is very convenient with bus stops just a short walk from the townhouse and Green Square Station approximately a 12-minute walk away, offering direct access to Sydney CBD, Central Station, and Sydney Airport. Sydney Airport is around a 10-minute drive, while Newtown, Surry Hills, and the CBD can all be reached within 10–15 minutes by car or public transport.

Before check-in, the primary guest will be required to complete our standard guest verification process, including photo identification and confirmation of the guests included in the reservation.



Only registered guests are permitted at the property. Parties, events, smoking and vaping are not allowed.
