What We Love

Mellow Yellow is a three bedroom, four bathroom terrace over three levels in Paddington, Sydney, a short walk from Oxford Street and the boutiques of The Intersection. It sleeps up to 6 guests across two queen bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, and a double bedroom, with two lounges, a private courtyard, split-system air conditioning throughout, a private laundry and driveway parking that fits a large SUV.

It suits families (a travel cot and high chair are available), groups of friends, corporate guests needing parking, a study space and quick access to the CBD, and longer stays, with a full kitchen, dishwasher and laundry.

Lower Ground Floor
The open plan living space has natural timber floors and crisp white walls. The kitchen has concealed high-end appliances, a gas cooktop and marble splashbacks, and flows into the dining area with its timber table and cane-backed chairs. A second lounge off the kitchen works as a study or reading nook, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub sits on this level. Floor-to-ceiling doors open to a private courtyard with seating and a BBQ, perfect for alfresco dinners or a glass of wine in the evening.

Ground Floor
The main bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite with shower and bathtub. A second bedroom with a double bed is also on this level.

Top Floor
The third bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite, offering privacy away from the rest of the house.

The Neighbourhood

- Parks & Markets: Start the day with a walk or run through Centennial Park's 189 hectares of lawns, ponds and grand avenues. On Saturdays, Paddington Markets showcase Australian designers, makers and vintage finds.
- Shopping: The Intersection on Oxford Street is home to some of Australia's leading fashion labels, set among Paddington's Victorian terraces with their iron lace balconies.
- Dining: Ursula's Paddington, led by chef Phil Wood, serves seasonal modern Australian food in an intimate terrace setting, while 10 William St is a much-loved wine bar with Italian-inspired dishes and an excellent wine list.
- Beaches & Coast: Bondi Beach is a short drive away, and the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk winds past ocean pools carved into the clifftops.

Buses along Oxford Street connect you to the CBD and Bondi Junction, Uber and GoGet car share are readily available, and your driveway parking means you can bring your own car.

- There are security cameras at the front and back of the property, outside only.
- Renovation work is taking place at the front entrance and is expected to be completed in December 2026.
- No linen is provided for the travel cot.
- This is a smoke-free property, and pets are not permitted.
