Our property lies just south-west of Sydney Olympic Park, a major recreational, entertainment and green space hub with sporting facilities and event venues — giving the neighbourhood good access to public spaces and activities.

Our property has strong transport links (train lines including to Sydney CBD, buses, and proximity to major roads like the M4).

There is plenty to do with beautiful parklands, shopping at DFO, cafes, restaurants and bars downstairs and in Olympic Park central and nearby Lidcombe Koreatown.

Route 525 – Parramatta ↔ Sydney Olympic Park via Newington, serving Parramatta and Olympic Park precinct stops.

Route 526 – Strathfield ↔ Rhodes Shopping Centre via the Sydney Olympic Park precinct and ferry wharf (also useful to link with ferry services).

Route 533 – Sydney Olympic Park ↔ Chatswood via Rhodes and North Ryde, connecting to northern suburbs.

We respectfully ask you read the houses rules before confirming your booking. Any non-compliance may result in eviction with extra charges for any damage or extra cleaning.

✔ No smoking or parties.

✔ Lost fob key fee $300
(An apartment fob key uses an electronic chip and is more expensive than a normal key because it’s part of an electronic access system)

✔ Call out fee $90 if you’re locked out or require someone to come in

✔ Any late checkout without approval resulting in a cleaner not being able to access the property will lead to a $90 call out fee.

✔ Cleaning fee $300 when there is evidence of smoking, parties or excessive rubbish

✔ Any check-in or check-out outside the approved hours will incur a $90 call out fee
This fee covers the cost to get someone to drop off the key outside hours or to return the keys to the collection point.
We do not allow guests to simply leave the key in the apartment for check out.
