This property was exactly what we were looking for- a cabin with a beautiful mountain view in a quiet neighborhood along a long winding dirt road. We brought two young kids in winter, so we appreciated how warm the cabin was able to get / maintain day to day. With the amount of floor play that we did I do wish there was a better and larger living room rug - the one in there is very slidey even with the rubber mat underneath. Would recommend and come back!
Spruce Patch was everything we expected and more! Everything was in place when we got there and had no hiccups! We will be booking again either at Spruce Patch again or one of their other properties! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Beautiful open concept cabin with a spectacular view of the mountains! Cabin was as described in the listing. We stayed for seven days and loved the cabin and surrounding area.
This property was all that it promised to be. Absolutely stunning location, secluded and beyond peaceful. Loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the moutain views. The house itself was beautiful, clean, very spacious, well equipped and all around functional - gas grill, appliances, fireplace, wi-fi etc. Never tried the hot tub, but its placement seems great.
Alexus was responsive to messages, checked up on us after arrival and was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking peace from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!.
Everything about the place was great. The view was amazing, the cabin was clean and comfortable, check in was smooth, and we loved the local towns. The gravel road leading up to the cabin was well maintained and easy to drive.
This beautiful mountain cabin was just perfect for our family! My husband, in-laws and two small children had a wonderful time relaxing in the mountains, enjoying the views, bon fire with smores, hiking at nearby spots off the Parkway and around the area. Waynesville and Sylva are very close and such cute small towns with great dining, breweries and welcoming people. The trek up the road to the cabin was a bit more than we excepted, but worth it!
