« The property/building is beautiful but away from downtown Athens. We had been to the restaurant previously and were looking forward to a wonderful stay. With expectations admittedly high, our stay was underwhelming. Check in did not go smoothly. The staff were very slow snd it took about 20 minutes, even though we were the only ones checking in. The restaurant was closed between 2-5 pm and so there were no food options on property. The bar had no food and room service was somehow not...

« Then whole floor smelled weed. This is a large hotel, and this is not the first time I stay here. But I notice the people that tend to stay here are more and more sketchy. The whole floor smelled to marihuana. Sad. »

« The staff were friendly. One in particular helped me get back in my room when the something jammed in the door. It was clean and quiet. »

« Staff did not clean room or provide towels the second day of a 3 day stay. Lower area not to my standards for a Best Western but I don't know anything about tower rooms. Parking is minimal and difficult to acquire if late returning. Breakfast was definitely of low standards with minimal selections. No breakfast available last morning at 0800 on April 20,2026, no coffee, nothing. »

« The room was clean but I had no lights aside from a few desk lamps, one of which was making electrical noises and flickering. The shower was clean but the shelf inside was not level and my soap kept sliding off. In addition the shower pressure was terrible. Otherwise everything was fine. »

« We arrived at Country Inn and for 2nights were please in general, by the beautiful hall! Sadly, no machine for beverages worked, on top of that, AT the reception fridge for them neither,coke warm, needed to go get the Ice , not fun, and We needed corkscrew for our wine, réception had none! Juste the small things! :-( the pool was warm, very tiny spa also but not hot enough and they opened Doors to let humidity out, brrrrr....please get a good ventilation for this hôtel, IT will help! « Hôtel propre et confortable, personnel serviable. Petit déjeuner inclus avec pas mal de choix mais qualité très moyenne. Attention, l’hôtel est loin du centre-ville d’Athens, compter 15 bonnes minutes de voiture. »
