Unique stay in the heart of a cozy harbor town!

What a cool place to stay! The Blue Gollywobbler was a cute little boat and a really fun experience (our 9yo daughter absolutely loved it). We also really enjoyed being walking distance from numerous restaurant’s and breweries. Kayaking across to the lighthouse with the provided kayaks was a highlight!

terrific!

It was a fun place to stay. Traveling with my 17 year old granddaughter. Wish it would have been 2 nights and more time to explore the town.Only drawback was that I thought we would walk to dinner. Restaurant nearby would only admit people over 21. Otherwise, a perfect get-away. AND owner responded asap to all inquiries! Outstanding. Hope to get there again.

Fun stay at a unique place

It was a fun place to stay and get the experience of staying on a small boat without leaving the harbor. The main bed in the bow is unusual and not that big and the grill on the dock is not very good, but it was a great experience overall. It's fun watching all the boats go by while sitting on the deck and watching movies at night in the comfortable cabin.

Our stay in Gig Harbor on the Golly Wobbler was a fantastic experience. The host, Michelle, communicated all necessary information in a timely and thoughtful manner. The boat was very clean and comfortable. Imagine long walks through a charming historic town, lots of great dining options, and evenings relaxing on the boat with a mug of tea or a glass of wine as you take in the incredible scenery

Fun experience

We stayed on this houseboat for Spring Break while visiting friends in the area. It was a highlight of our trip. A different lodging experience just to add extra fun to our visit. It was well appointed and has everything you need. The location is perfect and walkable to everything on the harbor. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Boat hotel

Great stay, even in the winter the boat was nice and warm. Lots of wildlife and boats coming and going, even had a visit from a seal. Very walkable location in gig harbor and great access driving to everything else. 10/10 will be back!

Experience true Gig Harbor

From the beautiful 38' yacht, to the restored netshed and the ambience of the harbor - I cannot recommend this stay enough, especially if you are a boating enthusiast. Access to the walkable waterfront, great restaurants, shopping is convenient and you may even be visited by otters or harbor seals while on the yacht. I will be back!

What a beautiful boat!! Very clean and well-maintained. It was warm and cozy while listening to the rainfall. Such a unique experience staying on a yacht instead of a hotel or home. Directions were detailed with good communication before and during our stay. Nice touches including light snacks, a bottle of wine, kayaks and a makeup towel. Walking distance to a brewery and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

The boat was amazing! Lots of downtown businesses within walking distance. The marina was peaceful and we got to see tons of birds and seals in the harbor. Kayaks were convenient and easy to maneuver. Definitely interested in staying again!

AH-MAZING!!!!!!

This was the most amazing stay and cannot wait to return. My parents live in Gig Harbor and so this will be my go-to place when I come to visit. It afforded the most peaceful getaway when my life is the most stressful its ever been. I was so grateful for this little blessed boat to feel like I really could take a breath and enjoy the weekend. Thank you for hosting us.

Great Location

We enjoyed a lovely stay on the Golly Wobbler. The location was ideal to walking to restaurants, shops, etc. We were lucky enough to meet the hosts/owners of the boat and they were extremely nice and helpful.

Nice boat and great location

Fantastic place to spend a few days in the PNW!

My 8-year-old and I loved this boat. We stayed on Lyla for three nights and the Blue Gollywobbler for one night. Both boats are great. The kayaks were used every day.

Just Wonderful!!!

What a treat! Would love to do this again. Beautiful boat with everything you needed to have a good time. Loved the location and area. Walked to the Tides Taproom for the best Halibut I’ve had in a really long time, and great beer brewed by 7 Seas Brewery. Loved this experience! Thank you Michelle and the Pond Babich people for sharing it.

This was so much fun and way better than a hotel. We walked a lot, which was great, but we wanted to just stay in the boat and enjoy early morning coffee. It was fantastic.

It was a gift for my sister and brother-in-law. Truly exceeded all expectations! Host of property was very accomodating. They had an experience of a lifetime. Absolutely beautiful and unique experience for them.
