All amenities and appliances are checked prior to guest arrival. In the unlikely event of a malfunction, we will promptly coordinate repair or replacement as appropriate. However, refunds or compensation are not issued for minor inconveniences, temporary issues, or circumstances beyond our direct control, including but not limited to power outages, internet interruptions, or community/HOA maintenance.

The property is located in a residential beachfront building, and guests are expected to respect common areas and community rules. Any damage caused during the stay will be assessed and may be reported through Airbnb's Resolution Center if necessary.
