Check in was seamless, host was responsive, and plenty of place. You're also very close to a lot of places and airport, downtown, restaurants etc. I loved my time staying here and would definitely book a stay again!

Final Four Stay

Girls’ weekend for the women’s Final Four. The owner/management company was very responsive and the check in process was seamless. The rental was clean and had everything we needed for our four night stay. The only problem was having to clean the leaves from the pool. There is a tree in the neighbors yard that is dying and was shedding tons of leaves in the pool. I would highly recommend asking them to cut it down, not only for that reason but the fact that it’s got an electrical line running right through it. We had a great time and stay.

Great home for sporting day events

For my first time using Vrbo this was a great experience. Myself and 2 friends came to Tampa to watch Tampa vs Saints football game. The property was in a perfect location to get to and from the game, easy access to major cities and attractions. Ubers were very reasonably priced any where we went as well. The host was very accommodating and the property was exactly as advertised.

I communicated with customer service since it was impossible to sleep in that place because of the terrible stench. I told them “I have stayed here one night, for my second night please change me to another room because it’s impossible to breathe” I rented it thinking of the pool to enjoy, but I decided to not be present in the house because of the stench. Lastly, just to add on there were cockroaches and customer service did not help me at all. Additionally It’s too expensive for the overall quality of the house and the beds. Thank you

Daughter's 40th Surprise Party

We needed a place to gather to celebrate as a surprise. Living room/game/dining area was large enough to do this. Only had 5 who stayed overnight , but 11 for dinner and cake. Would have liked a heated pool, but wasn't our main reason to choose this house. We were going to Busch Gardens and this was reasonably close. Thank You.

Perfect Location

We went to a concert at the Bucs stadium
couldn’t have been more convenient. The hosts were very responsive with communication. Extremely clean! Easy check in and check out process. Lots of things to do in the area and plenty of stores and restaurants to choose from. Loved being outside during most of our stay enjoying the screen patio and pool. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area!

Very Convenient Location

We had tickets to see the Buccaneers, so we looked for places close to the stadium. The house was really convenient for us, not just for the game, but for places to eat and visit as well. The pool was a nice treat--it was warm and clean. The only small surprise was the "hot tub" isn't hot. The description doesn't list it, so it was just a bad assumption on my part. The hosts we very responsive and communicative. I'd definitely stay there again.

Comedy Show Vacation

The house was very clean, nice, and have a lot of upgrades. The house was located right around the corner from the Arena that made it more awesome. The host was very attentive to what we needed. Home and amenities are exactly described. Pool was Great kids loved it!! Homeless, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here. Host was great. Responded quickly. Check in and check out was seamless. Thank you for a great time.

The property was misrepresented.

Very noisy home - air conditioner was loud, is in a bedroom cupboard and it ran constantly; traffic noise from the street as well as people talking outside was disturbing. Some glasses were cracked. Not enough dishes for 5 people. Dishes are stored on open shelves but the shelves were dusty. We washed dishes before using them. Furniture in the lanai is badly stained and the cushions in the eating area of the kitchen also stained. Doors, screens not clean and welcoming. ‘Arcade’ is one game on the wall. Pool and ‘spa’ are not heated.

Place to stay for a cruise

This place was excellent for our stay while waiting for a cruise out of port tampa. Only 15 minutes to the port and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. House was clean and well stocked. Would highly recommend. Also the communication with the host was first class.

Work conference

We came down for a work conference and it was everything we needed. The biggest compliment 100% goes to management though. Due to some health issues one member of our party is an extremely hot sleeper and another is an extremely cold sleeper. We turned the temperature down for the hot sleeper which left the cold sleeper uncomfortable. Management brought us down a ton of blankets that looked brand new which was incredible. We were able to make both parties happy and really enjoy our stay. My biggest thanks to the management team.

Myself and three of my friends/colleagues very much enjoyed the stay here. Everything was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the listing was very accurate. The patio/pool was adorable - too bad it was just a bit too cold to get in! We would absolute rebook if we are in the area again.

Nice Stay

The inside was clean and the rooms and beds were comfortable. This was the perfect size for 5 adult stay. This is in an older neighborhood with houses very close to each other, Neighbors were good. We did have one issue (found a cockroach that came out of the shower drain after a shower) the host responded right away with a company that came out to spray while we were out of the house. Fun arcade games in the living room. Overall, Nice stay.

Fantastic place close to everything
