  • Bienvenue dans votre nouvelle escapade de vacances! Notre belle maison est directement au bord de l'eau vers les canaux d'Apollo Beach. Vous avez accès à des kayaks et pendant que vous ne pagayez pas dans les eaux ou ne regardez pas les dauphins depuis votre terrasse, vous pouvez vous détendre dans votre salon avec toute la famille. Vous avez accès à toute la maison: Belle cuisine avec cafetière Keurig, salles de bains, trois chambres et un coin salon. Votre terrasse arrière vous offre une vue magnifique sur le front de mer. Le jacuzzi est disponible avec des frais de nettoyage de 75 $. Bienvenue à la maison!

Siblings and Family Reunion 2026–Our stay at this beautiful waterfront property in Apollo Beach Florida was just plain awesome. Our host Einav and owner Ron made our stay everything we had hoped for. My family ages 68 -1 year old thoroughly enjoyed the properties amenities; tvs, WiFi, pool, hot tub, kayaks, dock, pop up beach tent, beach chairs (could use more), patio area, which is separate and secured from pool area, shaded reef area in pool for the little non swimming grandchildren, old peeps to stay cool and also swim up barstools etc. My grandchildren loved the added extra touch of stuffed animals on the bunkbeds and it just started off the visit on the right foot. Ron and Einav were so helpful answering all our questions and also advice on local restaurants, beaches with details we all often forget about when choosing a VRBO. I would highly recommend this property and all other properties offered by this host Einav and owner Ron anytime. The only thing I would have changed about this trip, would be to stay longer.

The pool was excellent! The pool deck was large for all to enjoy. The only downside of our stay was the neighbor across the canal that clearly did not want anyone enjoying the outdoors.

Great pool area!

We really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and the pool was exactly what we were looking for! We even saw a couple of dolphins! Both Circles and Finn's restaurants were close and provide a good atmosphere for dinner. If we are ever back in the area, we would stay here again.

We try to take a family vacation every summer, and we typically plan our trips around the home where we'll be staying. Before booking, we carefully read reviews, explore the surrounding area online, and evaluate the home's amenities. Cleanliness is always our top priority, followed by a safe location and a fully equipped kitchen.Unfortunately, when we arrived, the house had not been cleaned after the previous guests checked out. To their credit, management responded promptly, and housekeeping arrived within 15 minutes of my call. However, it took more than three hours to clean the home, which made it difficult for our group—including children, pets, and adults—to get settled after an 11-hour drive while also trying to stay out of the housekeeper's way. The housekeeper was very kind and genuinely worked hard to improve the situation. We appreciated her efforts and willingness to help make our stay more comfortable.While the immediate cleaning issue was addressed, the property is in need of a much deeper cleaning and general updating. Several mattresses had stains and should be replaced, and much of the kitchenware either needs to be thoroughly sanitized or replaced altogether.The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. We spent as much time outside as possible and thoroughly enjoyed that aspect of the property.

A wonderful week!

This was a great place to stay in a great neighborhood! We parked our boat at the property’s private dock just feet from the Backdoor and on the fish within 100 yards from the house! The house was very clean and comfortable and the check in Process was probably the easiest I’ve encountered. We will definitely be back next year to stay another week! I absolutely recommend this property for a small or large family plenty of room and beds. Thanks for a great vacation!

Our family stayed here for seven nights, and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. While the owner was responsive and sent the housekeeper back after we reported the home wasn't ready, the issues went far beyond one missed cleaning.Upon arrival, we found trash throughout the property, dirty floors and bathrooms, dirty linens, dishes left in the sink, a dirty kitchen, debris on the pool deck, and trash in the pool. We lost several hours of our first vacation day while the home was cleaned around our family.As the week continued, it became clear many of the problems were long-term maintenance and deep-cleaning issues rather than the result of one turnover. We had to rewash dishes, hand wash everything because the dishwasher was moldy, replace the HVAC filter because it was completely clogged, scrub algae and debris from the pool, and repeatedly clean the pool deck to try to eliminate a strong pet urine odor. The grill was unusable due to its condition, several advertised amenities were broken, and many kitchen appliances and dishes required cleaning before use.While the owner communicated with us, they did not acknowledge that these were ongoing maintenance concerns and simply offered to send the housekeeper back again.This property has great potential, but until cleaning standards and routine maintenance improve, I cannot recommend it.

Property was great! Hosts were great! Only issue was distance to a nice beach. I thought there was a nice beach nearby for the kids and there really wasn't. That has nothing to do with the hosts, but I would recommend making sure the area is what you are looking for when booking.

Best property owner

We have stayed at many VRBO rental houses but this owner went above and beyond to make us happy. We had the privilege of staying at three of this owners rental homes during our stay at Apollo Beach. Each home was a beautiful propery, in a great location, and included a fantastic owner experience. The owner never stopped doing what they could to help us make the best of our time in Apollo Beach. When we come back to this area, we will stay in this owners properties. Thanks for all you did for us.
