Hôtel Tanawan, Oslob

« I want to give Susada 5 stars, but there were problems. I give them the benefit of the doubt that the problems were out of their control. However, the staff made the best of a bad situation, which is why I gave them 4 stars. If they put mini refrigerators in the rooms, I might come back. »

« Place is very basic which kinda expected for its price but Ive stayed in slightly cheaper or same price hotel/Inn with more amenities included around Cebu. Pros: its close to the whale shark tour, tumalog falls, theres cafeteria on the ground floor, good sized balcony, closet, AC and wifi. Cons: its right next to the highway, its too loud at night. I barely slept a wink. Theres no hot shower. No cable. Theres only 1 channel working when we stayed. The outlets are very limited.. we can only...

« We love the place so much, super clean, well maintained, very nice pebble flooring outside which is very important in a wet weather as it doesn’t get slippery, amazing owners and staff, great foods, great ocean front and there’s diving and snorkeling spot just below the resort. I was amazed, the property was even better in person. We will definitely come back and will recommend people ❤️😇🙏 »

« The resort is well located fronting the sea with a very nice view and nice snorkeling. The swimming-pool is nice. It could be very good, but it seems it’s going down with poor management and lack of maintenance. We had to change of room because the CR was clogged. Some part of the staff seems sleepy while other seems more active. There is a real lack of ambiance in the little resto, no music, no decoration…sometimes you feel in a ghost resort. The staff gives no advices about the tourist spots....

« Nice place to stay, Clean, great staff and room. Quiet area with very limited access to anything outside the resort. Restaurant needs to offer more variety and improve on the food quality of what they do serve. »

« The staff was very nice. The kids loved the little beach. The food delivery service was great. The patio area and tables and chairs were nice. We were able to park our car right by the front door no problem. 15 minute drive from the hotel to the we’re watching facility. »

« The staff are the main asset of the hotel. Always willing to help with a smile. Nothing was too much for them and veil always try and help out »

« Need some relaxation? This is the place. Nice comfortable rooms, very friendly helpful staff, and an excellent restaurant. The pool and beach settings were beautiful. Other services are available like spa and tours. The front desk folks are eager to help. Loved this place! »
