« Superbe hÎtel idéalement situé à Yakushima. Une chambre superbe avec vue sur l'océan, un personnel attentionné et un onsen extérieur magique avec vue sur l'océan. Le restaurant de l'hÎtel est de trÚs grande qualité, ce qui est rare pour un restaurant avec buffets. »

« Good ryokan, with an excellent location, in front of the airport and with a good onsen. However, the food could be more special given that it is a ryokan. Not bad, but it was not up to my expectations »

« I ended up with a sinus infection the day we arrived. After a horrible fever and 24 hours of worrying i would need to end my trip early, i decided to request assistance from the front desk in making an appointment with the local hospital. After not being avle to get a taxi the Vice Manager of the hotel drove me in his personal vehicle and waited 45 minutes when the Dr came out. Amazing service. The hotel was also very clean and food was always incredible. »
