« Beautiful, nice, clean property. The rooms were clean (I had a hair in the drain in the shower) but everything else was a go. »

« I Wanted to cancel but they wouldnt give me a refund. So i still toke my trip due to i couldn't get a refund. So when i arrived they never asigned me a room and they were at full capacity. I waited for a hour for them to figure out how they could get me in a room. »

« Breakfast was great. But 200$ / night just for a good breakfast was sad. Well,I guess the beds were comfortable and clean. The un carpeted area of the floor seemed greasy and was a fall hazard for my elderly parents. I paid for a suite but got a regular room because I booked through a “ 3rd party”. So no refund could be given since I booked through Expedia. That was the excuse for everything that went wrong with check in and check out. Also no towels available after 4 pm unless u used pool...

« Got to breakfast at 1 minute before ending, the attendant was not very nice or accommodating and refused to plug the waffle maker back up . I mean have some courtesy. »

« Breakfast was horrible no staff was there. Nothing to choose from the business center was broke computer/printer. The pool was out of service. They didn’t say that on the website I found that out when I arrived at the property. I was trying something new but back to Hilton I go. »

« Booked a room online, walked in and the walls had mold, balcony door was covered in mold and didn’t even close. when we told the front desk person, their response was “our housekeeper has been sick”. which i get, but at the same time, the housekeeper has nothing to do with the fact that the room was covered in mold. will never book here again. and the indoor pool was NASTY. didn’t even stay because it was so gross »
