„For a family reunion of 9, this house was perfect - near groceries, restaurants, shops, surfing beach but complete with pool in beautiful garden, shaded terrace with fans to cool off and enjoy each other. „We had a fabulous time and the house was perfect! It had everything we needed. We were two families (family of 4 and family of 3). There was plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms!!! The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels and beach towels I, as well. The location was great - away from too many people but close enough to Jaco. „Location of this property could not be beat and the ocean view is unbelievable. Several restaurants and small shops within walking distance and easy to get to Jaco. But what sets this house apart from any place we have stayed is the staff and customer service. Willie and Juan and the rest of the staff provide a level of service we have never seen. „This was an awesome property. I went with my spouse and adult children(17-22) and their friends. Total of 8 people. The house was very clean and open. The pool was exceptional. The sunsets on the beach were beautiful. The best part was the caretakers(Arturo and Maribel). Arturo was up early to get the pool and backyard set up for us to enjoy for the day. "Nachdem wir viele negative Erfahrungsberichte gelesen haben, hätten wir unseren Aufenthalt beinahe storniert. Wir sind froh, dass wir das nicht gemacht haben. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Positiv: - Die Anlage mit den Pools ist sehr schön. Die Pools waren super warm. - Trotz vielen Leuten fanden wir etwas abseits vom Pool Liegen für die ganze Familie - Wir erhielten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer. Es ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren bequem. - Das Essen im Buffetrestaurant war gut und die Tische wurden ziemlich rasch abgeräumt. Negativ: - Es werden eindeutig zu viele Tagesgäste akzeptiert. Offenbar wird damit viel Geld verdient. Für die eigentlichen Hotelgäste ist es aber sehr mühsam, die Anlage mit Horden von zusätzlichen Menschen teilen zu müssen. Am Abend fuhren jeweils mehrere grosse Busse die Leute wieder vom Gelände weg. - Am Pool ist es tagsüber recht laut (Animation auf Spanisch). - Trotz neu renoviertem Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht sehr gut. Sie schaffte es auch nicht, den Raum wirklich zu entfeuchten, was man überall merkte. - Das Check-in dauerte sehr lange. Kein Wunder, dass es teilweise lange Schlangen vor dem Schalter gab. - Der überaus kleine Fitnessraum ist für ein Hotel in dieser Grösse ein Witz. Von insgesamt fünf Ausdauergeräten waren zwei mit "out of order" beschriftet und nicht zugänglich. Ein weiteres Gerät liess sich nicht einschalten und bei einem weiteren konnten diverese wichtigen Funktionen nicht betätigt werden."

"Wonderful place with a fantastic view and enough space. Espacially the private pool and the sunny terrace was perfect for us. The whole staff is very courteous and nice and helpful, especially the Manager Laura. Thank you again Laura, we will come back for sure!! We really recommend this place!!!"
