« The gal at the front desk who checked us in was so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming! She made sure we had a convenient room on the first floor near the exit for taking our dog outside, and got us utensils that we were missing in our room. The room was clean and the amenities were perfect for our overnight stay. The parking lot was well lit and there was a vast grassy area perfect for getting the dog outside to stretch her legs. « Pool was closed. Hot water was almost gone: boiler etc not working properly. Towels stained, bathrooms not clean, floors not clean. Beds were very nice. Breakfast was tolerable but missing things that were posted but not filled. Staff was polite and informed us of the issues but offered no discounts. The property was dated and needs some cleaning and repairs to the interior of rooms...wood work, floors details that people notice. »

« Clean, new, friendly front desk. But the breakfast attendant was not friendly, almost rude. Wish they would have jelly. Wish they would have different bed pillows or bring my own. Hotel is a great stop from the freeway. »
