Relax in the dry sauna after a long day on the mountain or kick back and enjoy a book by the fireplace while taking in the unobstructed views of the San Juan mountains!



Upon entering this conceptually breathtaking lodge, guests will be inspired by the rustic wood beams, cozy decor and vaulted ceilings with floor-to-ceiling west facing windows. The upper level of this 2 story home boasts an expansive open concept great room which includes a double sided gas fireplace, seating area overlooking the mountains, a large dining table and a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a state of the art Viking 6 burner range plus everything you need to create a gourmet meal. Guests can seamlessly enter the integrated TV room just on the other side of the fireplace to cozy up with a good movie after a long day of play in the mountains.



The luxurious primary suite and a private guest suite sit on opposite ends of the great room on the main level, each with their own king sized beds and balcony access with expansive mountain views. The primary is flooded with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows and comes with its own gas fireplace, work space and ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a deep soaking tub.



Downstairs you will find a large game room with a pool table, darts, smart TV and a wet bar - a perfect space for a fun night of friendly competition! Just off the game room is an expansive flex room/mother-in-law suite equipped with its own full kitchen and custom twin bunks above 2 king sized beds. This flex room makes the perfect space for the kids to play and watch movies or could double as a completely separate retreat providing the ultimate privacy for all of your guests. Also located off this flex room is the third guest suite with a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom.



For your convenience, you will find TV's in each guest room with both cable and streaming functions, a fully equipped laundry room and powder room on the main level and a sauna and home gym in the garage. When booking this home you will have access to FREE Dial-a-Ride transportation anywhere in Mountain Village including the base of the ski slopes. Want to go to town? Just hop on the free gondola (located in the village core) for a quick and jaw dropping 13-minute ride from start to stop!
