« The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. They need to make the hotel more friendly for the people with disabilities. They need to put side rails up and make the hotel more wheel chair accessible. Furniture is old, basically to maintain the colonial heritage, but still the furniture could polished to look new. Otherwise no complaints. They just need to make it more friendly for the DISABLED since it’s on the top of a hill. »

« It was an amazing experience.. The hotel is a very good location near the mall road. The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. It is very decently designed but the only issue we had was the mattress there. Otherwise really good property for the price we paid. highly recommended »

« Pauvre et froid l'accueil. Le buffet pour le déjeuner n'offrait que peu de choix. Pas de yaourt par exemple. Le service était confus- l'anglais pas compréhensible de certains employés est-il responsable? J'ai dû demander une tasse de thé à 5 reprises avant qu'on ne m'explique que c'était la faute de la cuisine s'il n'y en avait pas de prêt...Or nous n'étions qu'une poignée de clients attablés. Le service WiFi était pratiquement inexistant- je n'ai pas réussi à envoyer un seul message à partir...
