Our family had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was clean and cozy for a getaway. I enjoyed sitting on the porch with my morning coffee while watching my grandson fish on your dock. It was a peaceful view. We all kayaked across the lake and back and felt very safe. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the beds were comfortable. The cabin was located near two marinas (Euchee and Blue Springs). The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check in a breeze.

Cabin on a hill

Since it was just us two couples the house was great. We each took a floor of the home. Bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious. Being only a two bedroom home, this does limit more family or friends. Both beds are doubles so be prepared to get cozy. Suggest upgrade to Queens. They do allow pets so that is a bonus. We loved the country cottage in woods feel, which I wasnt sure I would. There is a screened in porch that was nice. Suggest larger cozier sectional outdoor furniture and ceiling fans. It was so peaceful. There are quite a few stairs maybe 40 or so to the dock. Helps to work off the comfort vacation food! We had cooler weather and had several fires in the firepit ring. We collected brush from the yard. Landscaping could use a once over for sure. There was a tree that must have fallen and took out half the dock roof that we didnt know about. We had rain and our boat was soaked. Need to disclose this so we can plan different type bags for the boat. We moved large trunk of tree out of water away from our boat. Again maintenance. We looked for a blender and a pitcher in the kitchen and didnt see them so pack that if you need it. Overall the house is good and in the perfect location in proximity of the lake and Euchee and Terrace View and Blue Springs. Host was great and accommodated us with last minute date changes. We enjoyed the week here.

2025 July 4th on the BAR!

Spacious and roomy. Nice outdoor seating both screened or not. The walk to the lake is not for the weak. Concrete steps make it safe but it is a hike down and back over multiple days- be prepared to awaken muscles if you have not maintained active later in life-LOL. Only downside in booking this property - I was not aware when renting a space that advertised for 8 people that I would be charged extra 320 for 4 nights if more than 4 persons were coming and or going and filling the house as advertised for 8. May have been my oversight but my opinion is that is a downside.

Great location and great set-up - Tim and Dawn were great hosts and were very communicative and very willing to assist thru out the process. Had a couple minor issues that they went out of there way to resolve and make our stay wonderful. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back!

Cabin Holiday Stay

The property is exactly as pictured. The water acce. There ate 2 dogs on a near by property that are litter mates and play but they are trained for an invisible fence and were no worry when we walked our dog past. I wish we could have enjoyed the outside more but were were there for Thanksgiving and the weather was cold. The cabin stays toasty warm. This shouldn't even be called a cabin, it was gorgeous!ss would be wonderful in warmer months.

Great lakefront property. Spent tons of time on the screened in porch and by the firepit at night. Internet worked great for two remote workers.

Highly recommended exceptional location with amazing hosts

We stayed for five days at this wonderful place. It’s an easy walk down to the dock for fishing and kayaking, offering a quiet and private woodsy feel. The hosts were exceptional, and nearby, there are cute little towns and a charming, homey general store. We will definitely be coming back! The hosts were amazing and super accommodating. Highly recommend for any future visits.

Probably our favorite place ever

We came up Friday and stayed the whole weekend. Once we got there Friday afternoon, there was so much to do, that we literally never left again until Sunday at check out! We fished, kayaked, swam, grilled out, made s’mores in their rock fire pit, played board games they provided, and at night, we played hide and seek in dark. And they even allowed us to bring our furry family member, which really sold us on this place. We would absolutely stay here again and again! We’re only 2 hours away so we will definitely be back! Thank you for being apart of the memories we’re making with our kiddos.

Short stay

The house was nice but the neighbors dogs ruined the experience. We couldn’t go outside without it sounding like there was about to be a blood bath. My dogs were terrified to even go outside to use the bathroom. I had to risk getting snake bit and walking them in the tall weeds behind the house in an attempt to get them to use the bathroom. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this house based on this.

Beautiful cabin on WBL

We had a great 2+ week vacation. The cabin is beautiful and as described. The owners are terrific and very responsive. Watts Bar Lake is a boater's paradise and we enjoyed swimming and fishing every day.

Perfect Cabin Get-Away

Beautiful and comfortable cabin with many amenities on a lovely, quiet cove of Watts Bar lake. The screened porch spans the back of the cabin, at a level with the tree branches - SPECTUALAR! We saw a mating pair of pileated woodpeckers create a hole in a tree for a nest. Within an hour's drive is beautiful and challenging hikes. We brought our dogs. Walking in the neighborhood was nice and safe. Dawn and Tim were great hosts, quick to respond or reach out.
