Tennessee Oriental : les meilleures maisons d’hôtes

Un bain à remous installé sous une pergola en bois, avec vue sur une rivière et des bâtiments situés au loin.

1. Lookout Mountain Riverview Inn

Chattanooga

« Overall, our stay was wonderful. Staff was very nice and helpful. Perfect location to get to all the sites to be seen. Room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds could've been kept up just a little bit more. In particular there's a fire pit with chairs around it that we would've loved to use Unfortunately, they don't cover the chairs so they're rather dirty. Suggestion is maybe have covers over them with a sign saying help yourself, please put cover back on when finished. That way they...

2. Black Tupelo-A Peaceful space

Spring City

« Had never been in a "tiny house" before, though my wife and I live fulltime in a large fifth wheel trailer. It was a unique experience to have everything so close. The cabin is well-kept and extremely clean. I would recommend staying there for anyone needing to be in that area of Tennessee. Very nice garden area right by the forest (see photo) and the bird feeder was a plus, since it was very active with local birds. »

4. Quirky Guest Cottage

Strawberry Plains

« Unfortunately, this property wasn't as comfortable as I was hoping for. In particular, the bathroom wasn't great. I'm not a clean freak and even this was below my standards. There is nowhere in the shower to place shampoo bottles so you have to set it on the shower floor, which isn't very clean. Kristy hasn't written out any directions for the house which I think is common practice. The AC unit were confusing and directions would have been nice. I also had asked Kristy for the wifi login on the...

9. Lofty Dream | Stylish Northshore Loft Stay

« My recent stay at this Northshore property was wonderful! The loft was extremely clean, welcoming, and incredibly well stocked. My daughter and I were joking that the owner, Beth, should be giving classes on how to stock a VRBO! She thought of everything! And everything was placed intuitively, so there wasn't little signs everywhere over explaining things. It felt like being a guest at someone's home. It was a lovely stay! »

« While on a motorcycle road trip, I stayed for one night at the Owl’s Perch on September 28th. It is a charming private wood cabin adjacent to the house of the hosts, Doug and Alice. It is quite a unique and peaceful accommodation in Robbinsville, NC, 30 min from the city accessible through a beautiful winding road while being very close to scenic roads and scenery like the Dragon’s tail road. The cabin has a private balcony overlooking a beautiful stream. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Alice...

13. Azalea Garden Inn

Centre-ville de Blowing Rock

« We have stayed here before. It’s okay. The location is great. The bed was comfortable. I like the 11:00 check out time. Everything was clean. The TV situation was a little sad. No movie channels and not a smart TV. The sheets were scratchy (there soft sheets used to be my favorite thing about this hotel). I don’t like having to check in at a different hotel and they no longer have complementary coffee in the communal space. The garden is no longer maintained and that is just sad. But,...

« We enjoyed our first stay so much that we came back for a second visit. One of our favorite things about this property is the sound of the river—it’s wonderfully loud and relaxing. Throughout the day, we enjoyed hearing the laughter and excitement of the rafters passing by, and it was equally enjoyable to sit in the chairs and watch fly fishermen cast their lines. The rental is located within a small gated area that feels private and secluded, even though the road is just beyond the tree line....

« The Treehouse Suite at The Calhoun House is a great property. This particular suite is located in a separate building from the other suites, which was ideal for us, as we had our baby and toddler with us. We did not worry about disturbing other guests if he cried or was a little loud. Edward was amazing as we checked in. He had some food essentials in the refrigerator and had some scrumptious treats from the local bakery. The suite was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies and was...
