Hôtel près de Terre du Cirque, Xã Tiến Thành, Xã Tiến Thành

« Very disappointing experience. The property feels run-down and poorly maintained, the beds are uncomfortable, and the amenities are average at best. The grills were broken, towels weren’t provided, and even the communal pool lacked basic conveniences like pool towels or a pool bar. There were also no open restaurants nearby, leaving very little to do. For a property advertised as a “luxury villa,” the experience fell far short of expectations. Nothing about the stay felt luxurious, and the...

« Language barrier had an impact in our stay. We booked for an overnight stay unfortunately we had an event that may last hours. At 3am, I told one of the staffs that we will extend our stay (using a google translator) for few hours, and we got an OKAY. Few minutes before 12 noon (check out time) I asked the front desk to confirm about the few hours extension upto 4pm so that we can rest but the front desk said, "you need to get out." I begged to reconsider and even asked for any room but the...

« Nice grounds. Power went out a couple times. Internet would drop to 3mbps. Common areas and hallways had coverage, my room would just drop out »

« Nice villa and reasonably clean. However, amenities were not available for guests to use. Limited towels and no paper towels available for use. We won't recommend this »

« Amazing room to amazing breakfast »

« The villa was excellent, everyone involved was very attentive and responsive. We had a great stay! »

« The property was not up to my standards, the house was too small and very exclusive not able to walk to the beach or any places. »

« Terrible service! They didn’t deliver the house on time . The delivery time was 2pm but we had to wait until 5pm. Absolutely awful and i will never come back. Not compatible with the service you selected »
