Our water in the shower didn’t turn on, we told them as we left. They said it does actually work but you have to pull down then up, etc. because it is broken but you can make it work. Then, they made me feel like I should have called them, making me feel bad for not coming down (we were in a hurry). Didn’t offer any remediation. Shortly thereafter, another person complained and was offered a reimbursement. They could have posted instructions in the room or let us know at check in if the faucet was broken. We normally stay at Hamptons about 30 nights per year but we are rethinking that.

I was treated pretty badly upon checkin to this hotel. I called their corporate office to talk to someone about the issue, but was told I had to send in an e-mail. I did that. It took awhile and a number of e-mails before their corporate offices created a case for me. I was told I would hear from someone in the hotel management in 3-5 days. As of writing this review (about 10 days from the last message I received), no one from the hotel management has ever tried to contact me. No phone call. No e-mail. Nothing. If you stay at this hotel and everything works out, you'll probably enjoy your stay. If there are any issues, don't expect the corporate offices or the hotel management to act like they care about your experience.

It’s was fine for what we needed. The rooms were clean but also a bit run down. The shower nozzle was really hard to pull out & the water was warm but not hot. The pool was clean & warm. Overall we would stay again.

The location was great. We’ve usually stayed at Hampton Inn’s as beds were comfortable and staff very nice. For this stay bed we uncomfortable and sign in womenwas not friendly. When I asked about are loyalty points she rudely told me because we booked 3rd party we don’t get. Told her I saved $100 booking with you vs directly with them. Why should it matter we stayed

Room was terrible. Ceiling has signs of leak terribly painted over. Never told us about $50 pet fee when checking in. If we could give negative stars we would! Only thing in room that was good was TV.

I am sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. Our pet fee is a standard 50 plus tax. We are also scheduled for a full remodel in the spring. We would love for you to come see our new look and given a chance to meet your expectations.

No problems -- just fine.
Hotels.com has good reviews for this Hampton Inn. For some odd reason, Yelp has bad reviews for this property. I don't know what they are talking about. This property is fine. Dated? Maybe. But it was clean and comfortable and everything worked. The neighborhood is fine. Again, not sure why all the bad reviews. This place is just fine.

The property was fantastic. The only issue was the location of my room. It was by the back exit door that tended to slam when people used it. And a gas station right out my bedroom window was a noisy business with car doors slamming and loud car engines. After midnight it became quiet.

I love this hotel! It’s classy, comfortable, and beautiful. It’s also pet-friendly, which I love, but this evening, someone left their dog alone and the dog barked loudly for hours! It was not great. It is, however close to everything, with easy parking. And, I also love that they offer paraben-free and sulfite-free skin and hair products that are not tested on animals: thank you! But, I would definitely stay here again given how nice the rooms and toiletries are.
