Great for larger groups
Tides is a great property in a terrific location that is very well equipped to host a larger group. Three generations of our family converged from multiple states for a reunion and Tides was the perfect venue. There are ample bedrooms and bathrooms in the house and the facilities ensure guests can relax year round. We stayed in winter and the children loved the hot tub, while the indoor fireplace and outdoor pizza oven created plenty of coziness for the adults. Many of our group were happy to enjoy the bucolic views while reading poolside in the sunshine. We took advantage of the location by visiting Killen Falls which exceeded our expectations. The proximity to Ballina and the airport proved to be very convenient. I highly recommend this property for larger groups looking for a special spot to get together, celebrate and relax.

Big And Beautiful
The area was spectacular, which can be properly admired from the pool (perfect temp) and the house was large enough to comfortably fit us. The house itself is quite quirky but beautiful with only a couple of minor things needing to be addressed. Really enjoyed our stay!! Thank you for having us.

Holiday Heaven
Tides was pure holiday heaven! With enough space to easily accommodate our large group of adults and children ranging in ages from 7-17, we were able to relax and enjoy the serenity....and the view from the infinity pool is just superb!

The most beautiful house with amazing views
The photos of this house do not show how beautiful it really is! Each and every aspect is perfect, the rooms are all a great size, comfortable beds, beautiful interior and enough space for everyone. We were a group of 15 and it did not feel crowded at all. The deck with the infinity pool, hot tub and bbq area was a huge highlight for us and felt like we were in Bali! Looking out onto the macadamia farm was breathtaking. There is nothing that could be improved about this house, it has everything you need and the owner was responsive and friendly throughout. It even has nets on all windows and doors to keep the bugs away. The house is private with no neighbours and is only a short drive to Byron Bay. I can see why people would get married here, we didn’t want to leave and would love to return. Thank you for having us!
