« The condo wasnt ready. We texted the owners since we didnt receive our access code. We arrived in Galveston at 11 am to not be able to get into our condo until after 8 pm after going to the property twice to find the owner still there was very inconvenient. There were no kleenex, a half of a role of paper towels, no broom or dust pan. We found the condo exterior and lobby were under construction also and we received no notice of this. Hammering and drilling was daily all day. Naps were difficult...

« The property is stocked to the brim with supplies. The beach chairs were both broken and I actually cut my leg on one, discovering this on the beach. We traveled in March and the pool was not heated. Overall, the property is as advertised but some of the reasons I booked like beach comforts and the pool were not accurate. »
