« I travel quite a bit, probably 10 hotels at least a year. I usually give 5 stars to every hotel. This hotel while had the location and the looks of an amazing hotel. Stayed there on America's 250th birthday, they had every flag up around their bar for world cup but NO USA flag... I asked why, the staff said "someone took them". Also, the staff at the desk was extremely entitled, anytime I or other guests would say Happy 4th of July or Happy Independence Day, it was met with silence... Very...
