« Room just kept smelling, construction work right outside the window day and night so we had not slept during our stay. Told them and answer was it’s not our building! The welding and burning smell was coming into room but they did nothing. Toilet was not flushing after one person had been and kept running, limescale in shower all over and rusty. No customer service at all. Took photos and videos and still waiting as want a full refund! Don’t book! We moved to another hotel »

« friendly and serviceable staff. good food, both breakfast and diner buffet.
room is quite large, bed comfortable.
negative side is i have been obliged to ask 4 times in a week for shower gel. not replaced when empty. it is not acceptable for an hotel from this category and for the rate charged.
location is so-so, outside of the main district or down town, but on the way to Ganghinagar exhibition center. »

« My experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Ahmedabad was extremely disappointing. For a hotel carrying the Hilton name and charging premium prices, the quality of the rooms and the level of service should be much better.
The room experience fell short of expectations, and the overall stay did not feel worth the money. The hotel needs to pay much more attention to room maintenance, cleanliness, and the quality of its facilities.
The staff experience was equally frustrating. Guests should be treated...
