« We enjoyed the hotel very much! The location is ideal. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff is very attentive to detail. We loved the pre-visit email, the welcome and goodbye notes, the signature room fragrance to take home, the wine and cheese party and the late night port. We met interesting people/guests in the bar, and the every member of the team that works there is polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will return! »

« Beautiful historic boutique hotel with all the southern charms. Comfortable, clean with some nice extra touches like free water and brekky. Also free parking across the street and right near the waterfront. Within walking distance of King Street and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. »

Not VIP at all! »

« A wonderful experience! I was kindly greeted upon arrival by the valet-he was so kind and brought my bags to my room. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, decor and style of not only my room, but the entire hotel, courtyard and adjacent bar and restaurant. Beautiful toiletries for use in the bathroom. « loved it for most of it... only small detail... no rooftop pool ;)) the general feel is splendid... very Mad Men... the location is ideal and thanks to the great Concierge service we enjoyed walking distance dining that was really a joy... perhaps the room service could be improved (the breakfast in room is far too expensive...) but the quality of the food in this hotel is very serious! well done to the Chef... even our last minute snack before we took our flight was lovely: try that home made...
