« Overall, we had a great stay. Only complaint is the wifi dropped a couple of times and couldn't reconnect. Free breakfast was nice and offered many varieties to choose from. Bathroom was clean and shower had plenty of water pressure. Parking lot is a little small, but, we had no problem finding a spot. Bed was comfortable. »

« Great Hotel »

« Our bed had pizza sauce on it when we arrived. We called the front desk, but it took hours for them to reach housekeeping, who never came. Eventually we were given a new room, but housekeeping did not come the following day either. Overall, there seemed to be little to no service anywhere in the hotel, and the property felt poorly maintained and unclean. »

« Comfortable and clean room, and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Downsides: laundry not available in house and having to pay outside company to park »

« The housekeeper kept opening our door checkout was at 12 but she was opening it at 10:30 like we were supposed to be gone she opened it once and saw her and quickly shut it and then she reopened it like a minute later and stepped inside. Meanwhile, my daughter was getting dressed in the bedroom with the door open so the housekeeper proceeds to grab the sign and put it on the door. I felt very uneasy after that »

« This is a brand new hotel on Duke's campus, about 100 meters away from the Washington Duke Inn. It is simple but nice. However, for its price, I'd rather pay a few dollars extra and just stay at the Washington Duke Inn. »
