« Quick overnight stay for business trip. Room was nice & bed was comfy. Didn't have a chance to explore the property. »

« the room was very very small, no wardrobe to store clothes but the worst was "no window"... How can we make today to rent a room without window... Unbelievable !! »

« Location was really nice and the view of the reservoir was very calming. There are some restaurants nearby and it’s near most of the parks or well connected by bus to the other parks. Pity the hotel doesn’t offer promos to the various parks. Room and bathroom were spacious. Staff was really helpful too in giving directions and expediting our check-in. Breakfast buffet gets really crowded at peak times - we had to queue for awhile and then queued for a long time at the egg station. So go early. »

« It was nice and clean. One of the staff members was nice explaining things to us while we checked in. Why only 4 stars? Because there's no staff on site to assist you if you need help. Need to call or text using WhatsApp for help and that kinda inconvenience for travelers. Overall experience is great. »

« Great location if you have business at the university otherwise no good reason to stay there. No lobby. Unable to accommodate early check in. Lobby toilet in the basement next to sleeping staff behind blankets. Would not accommodate my request to shorten my stay. Even when expedia got involved. Ceiling in my tiny room needed a couple of layers of paint. Woken close to midnight by kids running up and down corridor screaming. Do not recommend. »

« I stayed for a week and could’ve stayed another! Such a great location, spotless, hip, and friendly staff with delicious food at diner, at the pool, and the restaurant. The room had modern equipment and the beds were super comfy. Zero noise from outside. Key staff were: SuSu in the restaurant, Tom out at the pool bar, and Tasha who gave the Thursday tour from the Standard bus! She was so fun and adorable! Honestly i will come back to Singapore to stay at this hotel because it was just so easy...
