« There are no coffee pots in your room. I'm assuming owner... is not friendly at all. Customer service skills are horrible and not friendly. The only thing good about this place is there a place to rest your head. Spend a little bit more money and get a better hotel with better quality, cleanliness, and staff. All I ever see is one person here so I don't know what "staff" they're asking about. The rooms are disgusting. I literally had to wipe everything down myself and there was still filth...

« I made a reservation the wrong date. They managed to find me a room although they were fully booked. And the icing on the cake, they used my payment for the day before to pay for the room. I didn't have to pay anything extra. What a wonderful service. Congratulations »

« Very clean inside the room & around the property. Staff was very nice and helpful. Toilet was broken and maintenance was sent out very fast. Beds were comfy. »

« Internet was basically unavailable in our 3rd floor room. Asked the desk clerk about it and was told there were no other complaints. The water in the shower barely came out and took several minutes to heat up. The refrigerator was falling out of the cabinet because of a hole on the bottom. Breakfast did not start until 7:00 AM. »

« The place was very well kept, the staff was wonderful and makes us want to return EXCEPT for the bedding. Our two queen room had two different height beds and both were the old style mattress and box spring. They were worn out, sides broke down, and creaked and cracked at every move. If they replace the bedding I would give it a for sure 5star rating »

« The hotel was very nice. Staff was great, the manager can't remember her name and the night clerk Matt. Breakfast was nice as well. Would return for another stay. »
