« The house is clean and comfortable on the inside. Outside ally that ran alongside the house had big bins which had rubbish overflowing and spreading across the path. Comms with owner none existent other then a couple of automated messages once I had paid. Not enough towels within the property for all guests no hot water for washing up asked for assistance from owner message never acknowledged. « We stayed here for a halfterm trip to Alton towers due to it being only 15 mins away. Beautiful cottage, beautiful views. Lots of sheep. Only downfall was no phone signal but wifi provided and as we were only really there morning and evening it didnt really matter. Was nice to have a break from it all and to sit and chill. »

« Booked this location as we were going to a festival, the manager of the property never got in touch for getting us into the property we were asked to wait until 4pm on the day we were meant to be checking in. 4pm rolls on no contact and told theyd issue a refund. Still havent recieced one had to find new accomodation for 7 people on the day of the festival. Shocking. Will never be using them again. »
