Our attempt to connect to Wifi had to be rebooted and someone came immediately to help. We had no other issues that needed attention. „The condo was great. It was in a great location and walking distance to the main hotel and shops. We were there for a Lacrosse tournament and the condo was very close to the fields too. It was also close to the trails and tennis courts. We can't wait to come back for some skiing. The property manager was in great communication with us too.“

„Beautiful old house in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the lake and downtown. Louisa was our hostess. She was very friendly and helpful even ran to the Grey Gables restaurant next door to make our dinner reservation for us. We had the room off the living area so there was a little noise when the restaurant patrons left for the evening but it was very brief and no trouble at all. „We booked this property for a last-minute family of 4 ski trip. Location is wonderful and unit was stocked with everything we needed. I'm not sure if we missed in the description or it wasn't mentioned but to access the unit required approx. 30 uphill steps to carry luggage. This was not a big deal for us, but something people should be aware of. Beds were a little hard, but could be personal preference. Very happy with our decision to book and would stay here again.“
