« Overall, a nice stay. I've experienced some minor issues (shower, door locker) but all of them have been fixed very quickly, big up for the maintenance and front desk teams. 2 minor concerns: - the breakfast is a bit light in terms of choice. Having a possibility to order some eggs (like omelet) would make this hotel perfect ! - arriving to the hotel is a bit tricky due to the road organization. Nothing that the hotel can handle but this needs to be noted for other frequent travelers like...

« Horrible practice of putting children on 2nd floors, sounded like a heard of elephants over our heads we were literally just there to sleep, but it started in first thing in the am, loud slams I had to call the front office. We were placed by an outside access door that slammed the whole time as well. The room had one chair and it was coming apart, decor needs updating. « L’hôtel commence un peu à dater mais il reste propre et confortable. Les chambres sur le devant sont un peu bruyantes (circulation sur w Hamilton. Le réfrigérateur du coin cuisine est également très bruyant. Nous avons du l’arrêter pour la nuit. Les petits déjeuners sont très corrects. »

« The room’s bathroom has someone hair all over the bathtub and the floor was sticky but from the moment we checked in they have to move us ti 3 different rooms due to different issues so we were tired to keep complaining and moving around The parking lot was big and easy to park but not security and open to anyone so it wasn’t too safe »

« What a lovely checkin experience. It may be unusual, but the smell that hits you as soon as you walk in, it’s so bright and clean. And everyone on staff is helpful. It was an easy and comfortable stay. My son says it was the best hotel breakfast he’s ever had. We didn’t have time for the pool, but it looked nice. Nice The area around it is not much unless you’re going to a quakes soccer game. »
