« Few days ago I paid $210/night plus $50 valet parking in a “fancy” hotel in Indianapolis, what a waste of money. For $63 in American Motor Inn I got the same bed size and comfort and much better sleep. The location is safe, quiet and they have parking. The young man at the reception is kind and friendly. Great customer service. Rock Island is a very beautiful place and in few minutes drive you can visit Davenport, Iowa. We’re definitely recommend this motel and we’re planning on coming back...

« I loved the desk staff. They were so helpful. My flight was delayed and I had a week long reservation that I didn't want to lose at t a great price. So I called when my flight was delayed and I wouldn't get there until the next day and she checked my in over the phone like I was there and then arrived the next day. It was awesome! It was a great stay and as an alone female, I felt very safe. »

« Honnestly, worse experience ever. We figured we would pay a little more for the room in order to be able to use the pool during our stay and have the breakfast included. Well, pool was "out of order" as apparently the heater broke..... as for breakfast... what a joke... you had 10 slices of old bread, two types of cereal, some milk, and a waffle maker.... the orange and apple juice that was in the machine was disgusting.. honnestly, how on earth can you call this a breakfast? I told the clerk...
