« Hotel was very clean - was just after Argentina left so the hotel was still had their decor all over, but that was pretty cool. Room was great - except the AC wasn't consistent throughout the entire room, likely because of the rooms shape. Staff were very helpful, especially as it concerned parking. The day I left was the last day of free parking, though their back lot was not available during that time because of the break-down of the facility from Argentina's stay, so perhaps their back lot...

Personnel sympathique surtout Miss Piggy qui s’occupe des déjeuners et qui est très drôle et accueillante.
Bon déjeuner jusqu’à 10 h
Grande chambre avec bon rideau opacte.
Immeuble est un peu vieux (bain avec douche) mais bien entretenu.
Immeuble est situé à proximité du poste de police donc un peu plus de sirènes. »

« This hotel double charged me. When I called to express the error, they gave me the run around. When I finally was able to speak to a manager, he was unhelpful, unkind, and did not care that I was double charged and gaslit me about it. He told me they never double charged me even though I have the proof. He kept denying it. I even expressed this double charge put my bank acct negative. He still didn’t care. I expressed I would never stay with them again and he said that’s fine and hung up on me....
