„The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant however the fact that we were bumped to another hotel on our first night there after driving eight hours from Maryland without a phone call from the manager and receiving a letter at the front desk was very disappointing to say the least. The parking situation was not to our liking either as we had to move our car by 10pm into the garage and then pay $10. „Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte einen Safe, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, TV. Das Frühstück ist täglich das selbe. (Toast, Marmelade, Süßigkeiten, Kaffee, Säfte.

„Das Einchecken und das Zimmer mit der Grösse und Einrichtung waren grundsätzlich gut. Leider konnte die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit nicht für uns korrekt eingestellt werden. Zudem ist sie so verbaut, dass der Luftzug voll auf Bett gerichtet ist und wir so Halsschmerzen etc. erwischt haben. Es wäre nach uns zu prüfen wie eine Optimierung durchgesetzt werden könnte.“

„Very nice hotel, a little bit outside of Cincinnati but close to a major highway. You can reach all downtown destinations shortly without having the noise of the city center at night. My room was very clean, spacious and aircondition was working perfectly.

„Leider war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft nicht besonders angenehm. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel auf, dass sich viele Tierhaare im Bett befanden, was keinen sehr sauberen Eindruck gemacht hat.
Zusätzlich roch es im Badezimmer unangenehm, was den Aufenthalt noch weniger komfortabel machte und insgesamt kein gutes Gefühl hinterlassen hat.
Sauberkeit ist für uns ein sehr wichtiger Punkt bei einer Unterkunft, daher war ich von diesem Aufenthalt leider etwas enttäuscht.“

„We booked this hotel because it had stellar reviews and we were not disappointed. The staff was welcoming, warm, fun and helpful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast selections were excellent. Our room was very comfortable. The location is perfect for access to downtown events. We wish the parking lot was free but at least the $10 per night charge was minimal. We would definitely stay there again.“
