« The house was very nice and clean. Location was very good. Took only 10 min. to get to my sisters house. »

« I had a wonderful three-month vacation here. The house is just as stated, with everything that I needed. The backyard is enclosed for a pet. There is a golf cart included. The hosts are so attentive, want everything to be perfect for one's stay. I couldn't of asked for a better location. I would positively recommend this home. I will be back also. »

« I’ve just completed my second stay here and have already planned my returns. I’ve stayed in many houses here in the US, in Europe and Scandinavia and this tops them all. A true home away from home. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated, the large kitchen is fully equipped for any kind of meal, is perfectly located in The Villages in a quiet neighborhood and the Phaeton golf cart gets compliments everywhere. Tami is very responsive if needed. Look no further….you’ve found it! »

« It is a nice place in a great area but the 36 golf courses in not free like they say in line. You will need to pay the temporairy resident card for 50$ us if you want to play free executive golf courses. So I spended my time to talk with the owner to explain how to get the temporairy card because they have to fill a form. They didn't want to pay the 50$ US. »

« Really enjoyed our stay and this home had all the needed amenities. Having use of a golf cart and close proximity to the rec center and golf courses was a real plus. Love Sumter Landing and getting there was a short cart ride. Charlotte was the ultimate host and was very easy to get ahold of when needed. Definitely plan on staying here in the future. »

« This home in the villages is very lovely. It was very spacious for 4 adults. Very easy to get in and out of in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There were roofers working on a house close by but the noise was low. Her home is very soundproof.The Sumter Landing area is very popular for restaurants, shops and entertainment. And everything is within minutes. We stayed 2 nights and found plenty to do. The other residents and visitors are very friendly. Our host Tammy was also friendly and respectful....

« Highly recommend this home for your stay in The Villages. 3 Bedroom, 2 bath with lanai, grill and 2 car garage. Perfect location for us. Close to pickleball open play courts at Pimlico, Churchhill & Laurel Manor. Ashland pool, an adult only pool was a short golf cart ride away. Golf courses everywhere. Could easily take a golf cart to all 3 squares, but Lake Sumter was the closest to us. Loved the nighly music at any of the town squares. Shopping close by in the town squares, again, accessible...

« Great place to rent, relax by the pool on the golf course. Quick golf cart ride to Sumpter Landing. The house was well equiped and they provided everything we needed for a pleasent stay. The grill was nice to have also. Always something to do in the villages. »

« Upon arrival, toilets were both black throughout causing a bad odor. House was very dusty and floors needed swept. I swept the floor and cleaned the toilets. Also, both wall clocks had dead batteries, thermostat needs a service check - we set it on 70 and the temperature soared up to 78 degrees many nights. Kitchen scissors are broken and there is no pizza cutter and no cake/roasting pan. Location was great! Maryann »
