L'accueil a été parfait, avec toutes les explications nécessaires, étant étranger le personnel a fait tout ce qu'il fallait pour que nous comprenions. L'hôtel date apparemment de 2024, tout est neuf est bien entretenu. La chambre était propre, la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner compris était très correct, du salé, du sucré, du healthy. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 min à pied du centre de Fort Worth, et de la ligne orange amenant...

« Starting at 5:30am, the fire alarm let out one loud ring every 3 minutes. This obviously disturbed my sleep. I brought the issue up at the front desk during checkout and was told that the issue was happening in several rooms on property. There was no offer to 'make things right' with a discounted stay, a future discount, etc. The person working at the front desk made it seem like I was an inconvenience by bringing this issue up. That person then fielded two calls from other frustrated...

« Parking was in a shared lot. The pics are deceiving. We tried to get a refund but was told no. The entire experience was horrible. The ac did not work and the hotel staff did nothing to fix it. We asked about another room and was told they were all the same. I would not recommend this hotel. We ended up just leaving and going to the Hilton. »

« The location was great! We were there multiple nights, they cleaned our room each night but forgot to leave clean towels one night and left their false lashes on out bathroom counter the next night. »
