« Localisation très agréable quoiqu'un peu loin de Durham. Un personnel charmant et à l'écoute, un "english breakfest" copieux, la possibilité de manger sur place le soir et de profiter de l'ambiance "Pub" si britannique bref un endroit à recommander. Surtout ne pas chercher à entrer en voiture A Durham le "park and ride" est très bon marché et le bus vous dépose en plein centre ville (pour 2 £ par jour) »

« Had a great time at Beamish park staff were brilliant clean accommodation and surrounding areas bar lovely food cannot be faulted was superb would recommend to anyone and will be back. »

« No evening meal due to chef needing time off, staff seemed to have no idea what was happening. Only food available in the area was pizza at a hostel across the road. Breakfast room opened at 8:30 and consisted of help yourself Coco pops, croissants or toast, if you had an early start, nothing. Overall a very poor experience. »

« There was no breakfast available despite the description stating there was. The bath had no plug & the electric shower was very temperamental (from cold to scalding). The decor left a lot to be desired with nails/screws sticking out of the walls. There wasn’t a TV in each room & bedroom furniture was unstable. »

« I paid for an upgrade but when we arrived we were not told until we moved in that there was scaffolding in front of the window and a walkway.as we were unpacking a young couple walked into the room and told us it was thier room reception had double booked the room.on our last night we went to the claret Jug as we didn’t want a meal just a snack despite the menu saying they were open until 9pm they wouldn’t serve us as they said they stop serving at 6 o clock, it was 10 past 6 »

« Basic hotel, but clean room and comfortable bed. Staff really friendly and helpful. Stay included breakfast, but limited really to takeaway style bags in which to take your choices to your room, or sit at small tables in reception. Would probably give it a miss if staying again. Location is in the middle of large industrial estate, so whilst its cheap, and ok just to put your head down for a night or two, it is limited in what it can offer to tourists. »

« Room was clean, staff were friendly. Only issue i found was the busy road and would have expected better sound proofing. Other than that all good. »

« Room was extremely clean and modern. Slept really well. Very comfy bed and pillows. Good pressure on shower, floor to ceiling windows and clean modern communal areas. We didn't order breakfast as there is a weather spoons next door and far cheaper to pay £6 there, than £20 (£15 if you pre-book) at the hotel, but again that's down to personal preference. It was hot weather, and the air con worked very well. »

El hotel está retirado de Durham y de Newcastle, sin embargo es una opción de mejor precio con respecto a los hoteles de Durham. »

« We had a good stay at Premier Inn Durham North overall. When we arrived, there was an issue with our booking payment. We had already paid through Expedia, but at reception we were initially told that the payment had not gone through and that we would need to pay the full amount again. The receptionist was not very friendly at first and said that this was not their problem, which felt quite stressful after a long journey. In the end, he made a phone call and we were given our room, so the issue...
