« Tibouche and Phillip are the perfect hosts and welcomed us into their charming home like family. We had a very friendly welcome from their loveable black Labrador Paddy too!
The farmhouse is spacious and cosy with plenty of lovely paintings - many of which are Tibouche’s own accomplished work. She prepared a delicious hearty dinner for us and we chatted with them and other guests - and even played the piano! Such fun!
We slept well in the huge double room - all spotlessly clean, and had our own...

« The room was very clean and warm comfortable the only problem we had was the shower wasn’t hot but Luke warm it was late when we had are shower so couldn’t mention it and we were there for one night. In the morning when we had breakfast we did mention this issue. The staff member that looked after us for breakfast was lovely made sure we had everything the cooked breakfast was lovely her name was iessie she was amazing would differently come again this is our second visit in a year.. »

« What a wonderful B&B to stay at, so close to Thursford Christmas Spectacular show, literally a 5 minute walk away. The staff ( who are employed by Thursford) are so charming and very accommodating with every wish and desire. Everything was spotless and every amenity you could ask for in the room (Ivy). The choice of breakfast ( of which there is plenty) is excellent and cooked fresh to order. Would we stay there again? A resounding Yes and thankyou again to all the Staff who made the one night...

« Friendly greeting on arrival. Very spacious, clean and cosy with all our needs catered for!

« Had a wonderful stay at The Dabbling Duck. Our room was lovely and clean with a great view of the Village Green. The staff, who were extremely busy serving Sunday lunch were very polite and helpful. We had a booking in the restaurant, where the food was amazing, as was the breakfast. Over all, this is a stunning place to stay and chill, absolutely loved it, 10/10. »
