« Amazing property. So much room and beautiful views. Hot tub to die for. Super comfy beds. Board games and DVDs galore. Helen was brilliant, the info pack sent before arrival was amazing. « Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb. »

« Wonderful house with exceptional facilities located in a gorgeous setting - overlooking the park and a hop skip and a jump from all that Norwich has to offer and it is truly a gem of a city. Absolutely loved my visit and hosts were truly exceptional. Can’t recommend highly enough. »

« The house is very big and very comfortable. It is ideally located to be able to visit the local area and wider Norfolk easily without any journey being too long. Having visited in December we didn't get to enjoy all of the facilities it has to offer but can imagine that in the summer months it must be fantastic to have use of the small garden & terrace. « Had a fantastic week in Easter holidays. We were 2 families of 4, and there was plenty of room. Bedrooms were good size and beds were really comfy. Kitchen very well equipped - and also looked well set up for families with younger children too. Family space was great, nice big garden. Lovely tranquil setting - we enjoyed spotting the pheasants and deer in the garden. Great location - close to some gorgeous beaches and local attractions. Nearby Thai takeaway from local pub was very good. One...

« The chapel is a beautifully converted property in a quiet village, well situated in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside and close to the coast. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped and the on-street parking is fine. We had an excellent break, made particularly memorable because we were blessed with beautiful warm and sunny weather. »

« Cottage très agréable, vaste et très bien équipé (il manquait simplement une essoreuse à salade...). Intérieur cosy confortable. Magnifique jardin parfaitement entretenu. Calme assuré, à l'écart des grandes routes. Très bonne situation pour visiter le Norfolk, le Suffolk et le Cambridgeshire sans faire trop de km. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement, un des plus beaux que j'ai connu (l'autre étant à Churchill, dans les Cotswolds). »

« We booked all of the cottages they were beautiful, very clean and amazing. The gardens were very secure so the small grandchildren where very safe which gave us peace of mind. The games room was good for all especially the Big Kids !! We will be going back and would recommend Fielding Cottages and the Goat Shed to all. Shop and cafe were also amazing »

« Lovely property in an excellent location. It was a short walk into Norwich city centre. There is also a lovely cafe just up the road. The property had everything we need for our stay with our two dogs. Nice size rooms. The kitchen had more utensils than I was expecting. The owner was quick to reply to any queries. »

« This seasoned property was well-situated in a small village just across the pond from the local pub. It provided us with plenty of room for five adults and was a good home base for exploring some of the coastal areas of Norfolk. We loved the ability to have a fire in the fireplace each night. Our host, Ian, was very welcoming and helpful. While some of the appliances could stand to be updated, overall, we had a pleasant stay. »

« This was the perfect size for a large family break. Our children enjoyed the playground and board games and we all loved the pool table. Plenty of space for everyone and the 4 large bathrooms were an added bonus! There was a lovely view from the living room too. Thank you. »

« The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped (modern gas cooker, TV, WiFi, books and games, large supply of basics e.g. sugar, tea, coffee, sauces etc.). We enjoyed the secluded garden overlooking the golf course and the frequent sightings of squirrels, moorhens, pheasants and deer. »
