„Gute Lage, Zentrum von York ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Das Hotel ist an einigen Stellen Renovierungsbedürftig. Parkplatz vor Ort vorhanden. Für eine Nacht eine gute Wahl für einen nicht übertriebenen Preis. Das Frühstück ist leider nicht im Preis inbegriffen, deswegen würde ich lieber woanders frühstücken. “

„Der Speisesaalbereich war stilvoll eingerichtet. Zimmer und Bad waren ok, der Zugang über Treppen und enge Gänge mit großen Koffern eine Herausforderung. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Günstigere Gebühr über das Hotel beim Parken auf öffentlichem Parkplatz (zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten). Man ist sofort in der Fussgängerzone mit den Bars und Pubs.“

„Ein historischer Pub in der Pampa mit sehr gutem Essen. Die Zimmer sind in einem extra Pavillon hinter dem Pub Gebäude untergebracht. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend. Die Zimmer waren recht neu und sehr sauber. Wahrscheinlich lieben die Engländer kleine Zimmer, doch wir empfanden dieses als etwas arg klein. Für eine Nacht ist die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.“

"Ein schönes Hotel direkt am Bshnhof von York gelegen. Alles ist Fußläufig erreichbar bzw. es befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür wo reguläre Linienbusse und Touristen Busse abfahren. Das Hotel ist auch für Gäste mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen nutzbar und besitzt einen Aufzug. Im Hotel gibts auch eine Bar und Restaurant für die Besucher. "
